About the role
- Provide daily executive support to the BGS HR VP to align, connect, and coordinate business activities
- Provide recommendations to BGS HR VP for operational and strategic decisions in the organization
- Lead, support, and collaborate the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. Annual Compensation Review (ACR), succession planning, executive movement, etc.)
- Drive rigor into operating rhythm, assess effectiveness, identify risks and provide recommendations
- Facilitate and plan agendas for weekly BGS HR staff meetings, integration meetings and other key meetings that support the BGS HR VP and HR team
- Communicate and collaborate with BGS HR, functional HR, and business teams on deliverables, strategies, and processes to meet business goals
- Utilize dashboards and metrics to support business needs
- Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives and goals
- Provide day-to-day support, coaching and guidance to BGS HR team in developing HR solutions to address organizational and talent needs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 5+ years of experience utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
- 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
- 5+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects
- 5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
