Leading business development efforts across assigned Market, with a keen understanding of white space and new business opportunities
Developing a targeted growth plan for use in assigned Market including prospecting and lead generation, qualification and closing strategies
Partnering closely with Marketing and Inside Sales to execute on all prospecting strategies
Partnering with sales team on sales cycle or managing the full sales cycle
Being a Subject Matter Expert on all of Press Ganey’s EX Solutions and how they are used by current clients and how they can be used by future clients
Exhibiting strong presentation and facilitation skills and being able to make sales presentations to customers and prospects at all levels
Leading contract negotiation discussions for all EX opportunities in assigned Market
Developing and maintaining a strong collaborative partnership with colleagues within Press Ganey’s EX Business Unit leveraging assigned Press Ganey project teams to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
10+ years of sales, business development, and/or consulting experience in the Workforce/Employee Experience space
Healthcare industry experience would be a strong plus
Strong collaboration / team selling skills
Excellent interpersonal, communications, listening, demonstration and presentations skills
Strong writing skills to include presentations (PowerPoint) and RFPs
Solid working knowledge of strategic planning, execution of strategy, budgeting, business development and sales
Demonstrated solid leadership qualities and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience
