About the role

  • Leading business development efforts across assigned Market, with a keen understanding of white space and new business opportunities
  • Developing a targeted growth plan for use in assigned Market including prospecting and lead generation, qualification and closing strategies
  • Partnering closely with Marketing and Inside Sales to execute on all prospecting strategies
  • Partnering with sales team on sales cycle or managing the full sales cycle
  • Being a Subject Matter Expert on all of Press Ganey’s EX Solutions and how they are used by current clients and how they can be used by future clients
  • Exhibiting strong presentation and facilitation skills and being able to make sales presentations to customers and prospects at all levels
  • Leading contract negotiation discussions for all EX opportunities in assigned Market
  • Developing and maintaining a strong collaborative partnership with colleagues within Press Ganey’s EX Business Unit leveraging assigned Press Ganey project teams to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales, business development, and/or consulting experience in the Workforce/Employee Experience space
  • Healthcare industry experience would be a strong plus
  • Strong collaboration / team selling skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, listening, demonstration and presentations skills
  • Strong writing skills to include presentations (PowerPoint) and RFPs
  • Solid working knowledge of strategic planning, execution of strategy, budgeting, business development and sales
  • Demonstrated solid leadership qualities and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience
  • Flexible to travel up to 50%
