About the role
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, distributing projects and markets based on individual strengths and priorities.
- Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates from our OneForma pool to meet specific project demands.
- Craft compelling job advertisements that attract top talent and clearly communicate project requirements.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from application tracking to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a recruitment or talent acquisition setting, focused on on-site data collection projects.
- 3+ years of experience on managing teams.
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contingent workers.
- Strong understanding of the AI industry and related roles (a plus).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in creating and managing recruitment dashboards.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
