About the role

  • Candidate Sourcing & Mapping Ability to proactively research and map talent pools for high-demand technical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean searches.
  • Identify, pre-qualify/engage passive candidates through tailored outreach campaigns.
  • Build and maintain high volume of sourcing pipelines for current and future requisitions.
  • Recruiting Operations & Administration Maintain and update the ATS (candidate records, notes, and status changes).
  • Ensure ATS hygiene: data entry accuracy, cleanup, and reporting support.
  • Support lead recruiter by scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and tracking progress across requisitions.
  • Generate candidate reports, sourcing summaries, and pipeline snapshots for leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or administrative support (internship or agency experience a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Comfort with research tools, Boolean search, and LinkedIn sourcing.
  • Tech-savvy with ATS experience (Greenhouse, Bamboo, Paylocity, inhouse or similar).
  • Strong written communication skills for outreach and candidate correspondence.
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with willingness to handle both sourcing and clerical tasks.
  • Can work in a fast past, ambiguous environment.
