Accountable for the strategies and programs related to acquisition, selection, joining and retention of provider talent for assigned customers and/or positions.
Plays a strong role in executing defined talent acquisition strategies.
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating provider candidates.
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; and arranging campus or community tours as applicable.
Evaluates and makes offers for compensation based on candidate experience and qualifications, while also considering internal equity, collaborating with Compensation Partners as needed.
Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.
