About the role
- Create and manage broadcast program schedule data in the OnAir Traffic system
- Ensure accurate telecast schedules and all critical operations in broadcast logs
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure correct transmission of information
- Work shift schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Schedule promotional content changes when necessary
- Coordinate with teams for system tests and troubleshooting as needed
- Frame accurately manipulate/prepare telecast schedules in the integrated OnAir Traffic
- Apply various system attributes to each telecast schedule
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years related experience in Media
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have clerical and data input experience
- Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and capable of working effectively within a team environment and across multiple business platforms
- Must be capable of learning new system procedures/functions as they pertain to the needs of our business
- Must be capable of explaining oneself both verbally and in writing
- Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively under pressure
- Must have a willingness to adapt in an industry environment where change is inevitable
- Nontraditional working hours required i.e. nights, weekends, holidays
