Serve as a strategic leader for all business groups in India and lead the India HR team supporting Mumbai and Bangalore
Develop and implement HR strategy for the Technology Center aligning to global/regional TWDC Technology objectives
Serve as partner and trusted adviser to the Technology Center Leadership Team and other senior leaders in India
Develop, implement and integrate all human resource policies and programs
Hire and develop team members across Talent Acquisition, Organization & Talent Solutions, HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and HR Operations
Lead complex change management projects and organizational transformation initiatives
Partner with VP, HR (APAC), APAC COEs and Segment HR to deploy global and regional HR strategies locally
Drive talent attraction and engagement, employer brand marketing campaigns, and contingent labour practices
Oversee local Global HR Operations and manage headcount reporting and Cast Member Relations budget
Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and monitor employment law changes
Drive employee engagement through Cast Member engagement programs and leverage survey feedback
Lead crisis management planning and provide on-the-ground incident management support in India
Develop and implement an annual roadmap for HR strategy aligned to the business plan
Requirements
12+ Years of HR leadership role in a dynamic, multi-national and matrixed environment
Experience in a Technology company based in India is preferred
Track record of successfully implementing and managing best practice HR strategy, processes and systems
Strong knowledge and experience with HR Business Partner (generalist), Talent Acquisition/Planning, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Change Management, and Diversity & Inclusion functions
Broad business and financial understanding and the ability to apply to human capital implications
Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex business/financial data and develop innovative and holistic HR solutions
Resilience to work within a complex organization and find creative solutions
Strong executive consulting and client relationship skills
Proven collaboration skills with the ability to gain consensus through personal influence
Proven ability to manage conflict and the courage to challenge organizational thinking
Demonstrated ability to invite diverse perspectives, and promote an inclusive work environment
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to present effectively to executive groups and town halls

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/ Employment Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Master’s Degree in Human Resources/ Employment Relations (or related field) highly regarded
