Lead the People & Performance function including in-country HR partnering, organisational change management, learning, communications, and talent acquisition
Own and drive the P&P strategy and transformation roadmap to deliver WOW across BizTX
Champion operational excellence by embedding measurable KPIs to elevate employee experience and end user outcomes through technology transformation projects
Coach and mentor the P&P team to enable individual and team growth
Elevate people manager capability through tailored support and coaching
Lead financial governance for P&P, talent acquisition and learning budgets
Partner with leadership on future-ready organisational design and capability alignment
Build a high-performance talent engine and employer brand to source the right talent
Embed 'Better Humaning for High Performance' and co-create an exponential culture
Lead the D&I agenda with focus on Women in Leadership and inclusive leadership frameworks
Own the reward strategy and lead annual reviews and reward processes
Provide expert HR advice, mitigate risk and act as the conscience for people matters
Lead change management for Optimus go-lives across APAC1 and beyond and track adoption
Shape the learning strategy, leveraging AI for intuitive, accessible learning
Drive communications strategy using cutting-edge tools connecting BizTX and TwO organisation
Represent BizTX as subject matter expert on HRIS implementation and sit on HRIS steering group
Provide organisational change management expertise to enable successful adoption of HR transformation
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years experience in a People & Performance/ HR Director with passion and knowledge for changing and developing organisations
Experience of delivering results and creating a WOW employee experience
Excellent commercial & business awareness
Experience of organisational design, change and change management
Proven experience of driving talent management and capability development
Adept at managing multiple priorities under pressure, delivering high-quality outcomes with discipline and focus
Strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders, combined with an approachable leadership style that builds trust and engagement across all levels and cultures
A CIPD or relevant postgraduate qualification in HR or Business Management is preferred
Experience or certification in psychometrics is also advantageous
