About the role

  • Support 2 executives and their direct reports within the Walt Disney Company Major Events Integration team
  • Interface directly with senior executives and executive support professionals across TWDC and the community
  • Thoughtfully manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and regional working hours
  • Prepare professional materials, including presentation decks and various reports
  • Schedule and attend in-person and/or virtual meetings to provide administrative and basic technical support, take notes, and follow up on action items
  • Leverage technology tools to support communication efficiency
  • Work closely with executives on activities, projects, meetings, event planning and office logistics
  • Book domestic and global travel, build travel itineraries, and manage travel & entertainment expenses
  • Manage building access, conference room, and drop-in office needs across Disney locations/buildings
  • Order supplies and equipment and perform office management duties
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of team members
  • Exercise good judgement and discretion while maintaining confidentiality
  • Proactively resolve problems and assist where needed

Requirements

  • 3 years minimum experience providing administrative support to TWDC executive leadership (or comparable experience)
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and especially PowerPoint, with emphasis on creating executive-ready business decks
  • Ability to create executive-ready presentation decks that demonstrate visual clarity, clean layout, and concise summarization
  • Professional and highly discreet while maintaining absolute confidentiality
  • Effective communication skills, including diplomatic and professional handling of telephone and email communications
  • Ability to deal with constantly shifting priorities, deadlines and directives
  • Proactive, resourceful, flexible, and responsible
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work overtime in urgent situations (as needed)
  • Preferred: External experience with marketing, advertising, and/or government agencies
  • Preferred: Experience with SAP, Keynote, Concur, and Coupa
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
