Execute the strategic objectives of Euromonitor Custom research clients across industries in Southeast Asia
Conduct thorough primary and secondary desk research across multiple studies to inform clients and consulting team
Manage client communication from project inception through completion and present findings via phone and in-person
Build and maintain client relationships and develop project briefs, templates and supporting materials
Conduct preliminary research into new project areas to develop useful project documents
Line manage contract analysts including scheduling, regular communication and administering payments
Coordinate with Research Recruiter to ensure adequate resourcing and quality of contract analysts
Review generated materials through querying, validation and final interpretation of data and analysis to meet client objectives
Requirements
Masters / Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 -3 years of proven research project management experience
Right to work in Singapore
Experience in presenting to clients at an executive level
Experience evaluating, manipulating and analyzing numerical data
Experience managing or leading small market research teams beneficial with hands-on management skills
Highly developed research skills and knowledge of desk research and sources, trade interviewing and a solid understanding of and/or experience in strategy and competitive analysis
Additional Southeast Asia language (beneficial) to liaise with counterparts based in SEA
Familiarity with business strategy: market sizing, competitor analysis, go to market strategy, brand shares & distribution
