About the role
- Review, analyze, and moderate online content in German
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content when necessary
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with other team members to improve moderation processes
Requirements
- Fluent German (C1-C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions
- Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism
- Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon
- No previous experience required – full training will be provided
