About the role
- Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies
- Remove harmful, abusive, or inappropriate material
- Support the integrity and safety of the online community
- Work in a Content Moderation team in Lisbon in a fast-paced digital environment
Requirements
- Fluency in spoken and written German (C1 and higher)
- B2 English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with 24/7 rotational shifts
- Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience
- Candidates who have previously worked for the client will not be considered
- Valid paperwork allowing employment in Portugal
- High school completion diploma
