About the role

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1+) strong writing + speaking You live in Greece and have valid work rights (EU citizen or Greek residence/work permit) Customer service mindset; calm under pressure Comfortable using multiple systems while helping customers Stable home internet & quiet workspace (for WFH projects) Nice to have: Previous contact center or customer support experience Nice to have: Tech-savvy (basic troubleshooting) Nice to have: Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays (with compensation per project policy)
