You'll be the friendly first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
Handle customer queries with empathy and clear communication
Guide users through account, billing, and product questions
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when needed
Keep tidy, accurate case notes and follow up on time
Hit quality, CSAT, and productivity targets
Requirements
Fluent English (C1+) strong writing + speaking
You live in Greece and have valid work rights (EU citizen or Greek residence/work permit)
Customer service mindset; calm under pressure
Comfortable using multiple systems while helping customers
Stable home internet & quiet workspace (for WFH projects)
Nice to have: Previous contact center or customer support experience
Nice to have: Tech-savvy (basic troubleshooting)
Nice to have: Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays (with compensation per project policy)
