About the role

  • Act as the first point of contact for all the Danish speaking clients
  • Communicate with speed, empathy and effectiveness with customers via telephone, emails and online chats
  • Be able to offer recommendations and guidance to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
  • Work effectively as part of a team, developing supportive relationship with colleagues

Requirements

  • Native level of Danish
  • Advanced level of English
  • Great communication skills
  • Teamwork player
  • Tech savviness
  • Relocation to Athens

Benefits
  • Excellent monthly salary ( 1300euros) - 14 salaries per year
  • Contract: unlimited
  • Operating hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 – 19:00
  • Performance bonus: 10% (130euros)
