About the role
- Act as the first point of contact for all the Danish speaking clients
- Communicate with speed, empathy and effectiveness with customers via telephone, emails and online chats
- Be able to offer recommendations and guidance to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
- Work effectively as part of a team, developing supportive relationship with colleagues
Requirements
- Native level of Danish
- Advanced level of English
- Great communication skills
- Teamwork player
- Tech savviness
- Relocation to Athens
- EU Passport
- Excellent monthly salary ( 1300euros) - 14 salaries per year
- Contract: unlimited
- Operating hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 – 19:00
- Performance bonus: 10% (130euros)

- 5 euros per working day for supermarket, restaurants, food delivery & gas
