About the role
- Support one of the world's leading digital platforms by providing high-quality assistance to users
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions within defined service levels
- Escalate complex cases to specialized teams where necessary
- Track, meet, and exceed KPIs in areas like response time, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy in all communications
- Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to 19:00 (rotative shifts); 40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day
Requirements
- Dutch B2/C1 (written and spoken)
- English proficiency (B2, written and spoken)
- Previous Customer Service background
- Familiarity with KPIs
- Flexibility to work rotative shifts
