About the role
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French
- Provide professional, accurate, and timely solutions to customer needs
- Maintain a customer-first approach while resolving complaints and issues
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless support experience
- Work rotational shifts Monday to Sunday, 08:00–19:00 with 2 rotative days off per week (possible late shifts until 21:00)
Requirements
- Fluency in French (C1 level)
- Good English communication skills (B1/B2)
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends
