About the role

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French
  • Provide professional, accurate, and timely solutions to customer needs
  • Maintain a customer-first approach while resolving complaints and issues
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless support experience
  • Work rotational shifts Monday to Sunday, 08:00–19:00 with 2 rotative days off per week (possible late shifts until 21:00)

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (C1 level)
  • Good English communication skills (B1/B2)
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends
