About the role
- Support the installation teams in partnership with the General Manager and regional leadership
- Ensure the branch follows all production processes to install NewSouth Window Solutions product lines efficiently and profitably
- Interview resource for candidates for various installation and production roles
- Training responsibilities for new Installation Managers
- Develop, implement, and support process improvement plans for Precision Measures, Job Site Visits, Cycle Time(s), and Collections
- Recruit and onboard new Installers
- Provide D365 support for Installation, Production, Service and Warehousing functions
- Partner with IT/Corporate Accounting to streamline processes and create more efficient work steps
- Update SOPs/Playbook and serve as Backup Installation Manager when needed
- Execute daily/weekly leadership production dashboard
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 7+ years experience in the installation, construction, or home remodeling industry
- 7 years hands-on Fenestration experience
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success and employee engagement
- D365 support for Installation, Production, Service and Warehousing functions
- Ability to interview candidates for installation and production roles
- Training responsibilities for new Installation Managers
- Recruiting and Onboarding new Installers
