About the role
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding event services
- Provide accurate information and guidance to prospective customers
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless event booking processes
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall campaign goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or event-related roles preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Positive, results-driven attitude
- WFH - stable internet connection and a backup internet connection
- Conducive working environment for work from home set up
- Can report on-site if unable to work from home
