About the role
- Contribute to overall venue sales revenue goals by proactively identifying new business opportunities and increasing brand visibility
- Build and execute quarterly sales plans to solicit and target new clients through in-person office visits, email outreach, warm calls and on-site client engagement
- Participate in industry and community events to stay up to date on trends
- Foster client relationships through ongoing communication to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Manage all assigned leads with urgency and according to lead response time standards
- Utilize reports and dashboards to ensure personal sales KPIs are met or exceeded
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience from inquiry to post-event follow up via phone, email and in-person
- Create, manage and confirm event bookings using Tripleseat, documenting all prospect and client communication
- Partner with Director of Sales to foster a competitive, results-centered sales culture
- Collaborate with operations, culinary, and other departments to execute flawless events and maintain brand standards
- Conduct weekly BEO meetings and detail BEOs, communicating event changes or specific needs to Operations and Culinary
- Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in the hospitality, events, attractions, or entertainment industry
- Proficiency in event software, specifically Tripleseat (or tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn)
