• Contribute to overall venue sales revenue goals by proactively identifying new business opportunities and increasing brand visibility
• Build and execute quarterly sales plans to solicit and target new clients through in-person office visits, email outreach, warm calls and on-site client engagement
• Participate in industry and community events to stay up to date on trends
• Foster client relationships through ongoing communication to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Manage all assigned leads with urgency and according to lead response time standards
• Utilize reports and dashboards to ensure personal sales KPIs are met or exceeded
• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience from inquiry to post-event follow up via phone, email and in-person
• Create, manage and confirm event bookings using Tripleseat, documenting all prospect and client communication
• Partner with Director of Sales to foster a competitive, results-centered sales culture
• Collaborate with operations, culinary, and other departments to execute flawless events and maintain brand standards
• Conduct weekly BEO meetings and detail BEOs, communicating event changes or specific needs to Operations and Culinary
• Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency
