About the role
- Promote FHIA Remodeling's products and services to prospective and existing clients in direct field marketing campaigns
- Deliver engaging face-to-face sales presentations focused on product quality and installation
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Use this experience as a stepping stone to a career in Management or outside sales
- Work scheduled hours: Mon-Fri 12:00pm to 6:30pm and two flexible Saturdays per month 9:30am to 1:30pm
- On-site, W2 role based at the Fort Myers office location
Requirements
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, and ambitious outlook to succeed in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence
- Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide-range of skills
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken
- Position requires a criminal background check
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (application asks about work authorization)
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Reliable personal transportation to get to and from work each day
