About the role

  • Promote FHIA Remodeling's products and services to prospective and existing clients in direct field marketing campaigns
  • Deliver engaging face-to-face sales presentations focused on product quality and installation
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
  • Use this experience as a stepping stone to a career in Management or outside sales
  • Work scheduled hours: Mon-Fri 12:00pm to 6:30pm and two flexible Saturdays per month 9:30am to 1:30pm
  • On-site, W2 role based at the Fort Myers office location

Requirements

  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, and ambitious outlook to succeed in a performance-driven environment
  • Ability to speak publicly with confidence
  • Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide-range of skills
  • Naturally outgoing and well-spoken
  • Position requires a criminal background check
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (application asks about work authorization)
  • Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
  • Reliable personal transportation to get to and from work each day
