About the role
- Own and define the vision, strategy, and technical architecture for full data product suite ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data Architecture, Privacy, Governance, and Business Teams to build scalable, compliant, and highly available data products
- Lead new data product ideas & initiatives, develop robust product roadmaps and track progress to build enhanced capabilities over time
- Lead data engineering and operational functions & staff, oversee inbound/outbound data feeds and manage system performance and availability
- Enable data activation by ensuring consumer data is architected for analytics, machine learning, data science, and other data use cases
- Oversee stakeholder access, prioritize intake requests and ensure timely, compliant data delivery
- Develop/manage privacy compliance technical framework including data access and related controls
- Collaborate with Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, and Business teams to empower trusted, high-quality data use
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data product management, platform development, data engineering, or related fields
- Strong experience with big data storage, processing technologies, and modeling techniques (Snowflake, Redshift, OLAP, etc.)
- Experience & familiarity with CDPs, activation platforms, and governance tools
- Experience working with data ingestion APIs, warehouse infrastructure, and data sharing technologies
- Strong understanding of identity resolution and effective data management
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and deliver scalable, high-impact data solutions
- Ability to lead, support, and grow a high-performing team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Graduate degree in a related field
