About the role
- Serve as subject matter expert and own People Systems (HiBob, Culture Amp, Freshservice, Progression, Notion, Docusign, etc.)
- Lead design, configuration, and continuous improvement of HR systems
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, workflows, and system enhancements
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, SLAs, and roadmap alignment
- Partner with Senior People Partners, Legal, IT, Finance, Business Leaders, and People Leadership Team on data governance and process automation
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, security and maintain audit trails across platforms
- Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards, predictive models, and analytics with People Analytics Manager
- Provide data-driven insights for workforce planning, DEI metrics, attrition modelling, and strategic HR initiatives
- Spearhead system and data-heavy cyclical events (Workforce Planning, COLA, Bonus/Commissions, Compensation reviews)
- Drive implementation of AI solutions within People Systems (chatbots, predictive analytics, intelligent automation)
- Monitor AI performance, ensure ethical use and transparency in HR decisions
- Integrate systems, automate processes, and streamline operations with cross-functional teams
- Lead system implementations, upgrades, and testing cycles for minimal disruption and maximum adoption
- Introduce automation for repetitive processes (onboarding, ticketing, approvals)
- Provide technical training, workshops, and support to PWX teams and end users to build digital fluency and AI literacy
- Own People Systems awareness initiatives: live demos, refresher trainings, and live event enablement
- Champion systems adoption and recommend People Tech, AI, and analytics innovations
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Hibob, Culture Amp, Jira, Freshservice, AI Chatbots, Notion, Guru, Docusign)
- Strong understanding of HR data architecture, reporting tools, and system integrations
- Proven track record in system implementations, process automation, and change management
- AI automation and implementation experience (distinct advantage)
- Experience in a high-growth, tech-driven environment (advantage)
- Data-driven mindset with focus on actionable insights and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of global employment laws and regulations (advantage)
- Deep technical expertise in HR systems and data management
- Proficiency in data visualisation and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Google Data Studio)
- Advanced skills in data processing and analysis using SQL, Python, and R
- Experience applying AI/ML-driven analytics (e.g., predictive modeling, NLP, generative AI) to deliver workforce intelligence
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Redshift) and HRIS integration
- Ability to design scalable dashboards and self-service reporting frameworks
- Strategic thinking with hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
