Requirements
- 6-8 years of combined experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis
- 3+ years in leadership roles building data capabilities
- Deep expertise in statistical modeling, ML algorithms, Python/R
- Experience with AWS data services (SageMaker, EMR, Redshift)
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Proficient in advanced SQL
- Experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ability to execute in fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage contractor relationships and vendor partnerships
