Events

• Supporting a positive customer experience within our stores by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at our entrance doors
• Focusing on deterring loss on the salesfloor whilst acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function

Loss Prevention Officer

• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft
• Adheres to established shoplifter guidelines and policies
• Provides timely, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Observes, apprehends, and/or deters any acts of dishonesty from outside sources
• Participates in investigations and surveillance as assigned
• Ensures apprehensions are consistent with store theft activity
• Completes and distributes paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
• Maintains appropriate evidence, demonstrates understanding of law enforcement procedures and professionally participates in legal activities as needed (e.g., police calls, etc.)

Loss Prevention Detective

Security Engineer

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding around infrastructure security and experience in implementing business functionality.
• Be hands-on, helping lead the technical direction for infrastructure security services while partnering with architecture, operations and security consultants.
• Deliver end-to-end assignments with minimum guidance.
• Aspire to be the technical lead for the engineering team while overseeing testing and evaluation of new security applications, functions and processes for security risks and compatibility with existing standards and controls.
• Work with engineers, business programs, and other security professionals to adapt and improve our security posture in applications, infrastructure, and cloud modernization efforts.
• Consider core aspects of network and asset communication requirements to streamline troubleshooting activities and implement mature network security features to the business.

Senior Engineer – Network Security

Account Manager

• Acts as a liaison with Merchandising and vendors to support vendor relationships
• Works with Merchants to educate them on vendor history and short shipping patterns with vendors
• Makes recommendations on settlement proposals with vendors
• Works with systems to ensure Service Now and Vendor Self Service are kept up to date and offers suggestions on enhancements
• Supports and reviews Dept’s work
• Works with Supervisors to monitor workload and reassigns resources as needed to ensure all tasks are completed timely
• Provides feedback and conducts coaching sessions to Supervisors/staff to enhance their professional performance
• Ensure Dept is structured based on business needs as well as evaluate Dept standards
• Makes recommendations as needed
• Reviews, approves, and submits work to senior management for approval
• Reviews areas productivity and backlog to ensure accuracy of data
