About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Explore innovative technology and support process optimization projects within Distribution Center operations
Complete TJX Leadership, Lean Six Sigma, and Project Management training
Support automation projects across the HomeGoods and HomeSense Distribution Network
Collaborate with TJX departments to improve operational efficiencies
Collect and analyze data using MS Excel and Power BI
Create and deliver presentations to various organizational levels using MS PowerPoint and Teams
Participate in process improvement projects using problem-solving methodology, with DMAIC preferred
Research automation improvement, AI, and innovation opportunities in the distribution supply chain
Provide project planning support using program/project management techniques
Identify project metrics and methods to validate project solutions
Attend department and team meetings and compile and analyze numerical data
Perform minimal local travel to complete work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Engineering
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) problem solving methodology and techniques
Demonstrated skills in Project Management
Good analytical and critical thinking skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to implement and manage details, prioritize, multitask, and work under time pressure
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Organizational development skills, including change management and time management
Ability to develop and build relationships with internal and external partners
Ability to influence team members and help prioritize activities and resources
Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
Power BI optional
