About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Explore innovative technology and support process optimization projects within Distribution Center operations
- Complete TJX Leadership, Lean Six Sigma, and Project Management training
- Support automation projects across the HomeGoods and HomeSense Distribution Network
- Collaborate with TJX departments to improve operational efficiencies
- Collect and analyze data using MS Excel and Power BI
- Create and deliver presentations to various organizational levels using MS PowerPoint and Teams
- Participate in process improvement projects using problem-solving methodology, with DMAIC preferred
- Research automation improvement, AI, and innovation opportunities in the distribution supply chain
- Provide project planning support using program/project management techniques
- Identify project metrics and methods to validate project solutions
- Attend department and team meetings and compile and analyze numerical data
- Perform minimal local travel to complete work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Engineering
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) problem solving methodology and techniques
- Demonstrated skills in Project Management
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to implement and manage details, prioritize, multitask, and work under time pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organizational development skills, including change management and time management
- Ability to develop and build relationships with internal and external partners
- Ability to influence team members and help prioritize activities and resources
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Power BI optional
