About the role

Requirements
- 2+ years of proven success in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Confident communicator with strong phone presence and closing skills.

- Quick learner who can pick up real estate CRMs and sales tools with ease.
- Organized, proactive, and flexible—comfortable working evenings/weekends when opportunity calls.
