About the role
- Drive the sale of assigned bank products and services within the Phoenix, AZ market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and banking partners
- Identify opportunities for growth and deliver tailored financial solutions
- Meet revenue, volume, and market share objectives while working independently
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- Engage directly with clients and banking partners via in-person meetings 3–4 days per week
- Provide culturally relevant financial guidance and support to Korean-speaking clients
- Collaborate with banking partners and internal teams as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3–5 years of relevant sales experience
- Bilingual: English and Korean (fluent Korean required)
- Thorough knowledge of sales and sales strategies
- Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills
- Thorough knowledge of banking products/services and banking operations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Effective customer service/relations skills
- Ability to make important decisions independently
- Must be able to engage in in-person meetings 3–4 days per week in the Phoenix area
- Must be comfortable providing culturally relevant guidance to Korean-speaking clients
- Must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and background checks (E-Verify, FDIA and other regulatory requirements as applicable)
