About the role

  • Drive the sale of assigned bank products and services within the Phoenix, AZ market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and banking partners
  • Identify opportunities for growth and deliver tailored financial solutions
  • Meet revenue, volume, and market share objectives while working independently
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Engage directly with clients and banking partners via in-person meetings 3–4 days per week
  • Provide culturally relevant financial guidance and support to Korean-speaking clients
  • Collaborate with banking partners and internal teams as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3–5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Bilingual: English and Korean (fluent Korean required)
  • Thorough knowledge of sales and sales strategies
  • Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of banking products/services and banking operations
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective customer service/relations skills
  • Ability to make important decisions independently
  • Must be able to engage in in-person meetings 3–4 days per week in the Phoenix area
  • Must be comfortable providing culturally relevant guidance to Korean-speaking clients
  • Must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and background checks (E-Verify, FDIA and other regulatory requirements as applicable)
