About the role
- Drive the sale of assigned bank products and services within the Phoenix, AZ market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and banking partners
- Identify opportunities for growth and deliver tailored financial solutions
- Work independently to meet revenue, volume, and market share objectives
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- Engage directly with clients and banking partners in-person 3–4 days per week
- Provide culturally relevant financial guidance and support to Korean-speaking clients and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of relevant sales experience
- Bilingual, English and Korean
- Thorough knowledge of sales and sales strategies
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills
- Effective customer service/relations skills
- Thorough knowledge of banking products/services, banking operations, and current market trends
- Ability to make important decisions independently
