About the role
- Lead and oversee the Retention / FTD sales floor, ensuring daily operations, sales targets, and team performance are achieved
- Manage and motivate the sales floor team to meet KPIs
- Drive daily performance and conversion rates
- Provide training, mentoring & on-the-spot coaching
- Monitor sales activities and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate with senior management on sales strategies
Requirements
- Languages: Spanish, Portuguese
- Minimum 3+ years in Forex B2C Retention / FTD sales
- Proven leadership in managing large sales teams
- Excellent organizational & motivational skills
- Strong results-driven mindset
