About the role
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, specifically for FX-related roles.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for positions including Sales, Retention, Conversion, Compliance, Marketing, and Management.
- Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and industry events.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and manage the hiring process to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Stay updated on FX industry trends and competitor hiring strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment within the Forex/Fintech/Financial Services industry mandatory.
- Strong network and knowledge of FX roles (Conversion, Retention, Sales, Compliance, Marketing).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies across international offices.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Target-driven, proactive, and resilient personality.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
