About the role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international clients, primarily in Europe.
  • Source, screen, and engage Italian-speaking candidates for various roles across different industries.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for client requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Stay updated with market trends, especially in the Italian and broader European employment markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in the Netherlands to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Work UK/EU business hours as required.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably with international or European markets.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
  • Based in South Africa with the ability to work UK/EU business hours.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS/CRM tools.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment compliance, candidate screening, and global talent acquisition practices.
  • Experience working with clients and candidates across different time zones and cultures.
  • Self-driven with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Access to a reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet, professional remote working environment.
