About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international clients, primarily in Europe.
- Source, screen, and engage Italian-speaking candidates for various roles across different industries.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for client requirements.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Stay updated with market trends, especially in the Italian and broader European employment markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams in the Netherlands to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Work UK/EU business hours as required.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably with international or European markets.
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Based in South Africa with the ability to work UK/EU business hours.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS/CRM tools.
- Solid understanding of recruitment compliance, candidate screening, and global talent acquisition practices.
- Experience working with clients and candidates across different time zones and cultures.
- Self-driven with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Access to a reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet, professional remote working environment.
