About the role

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Meet daily performance metrics and call handling targets.
  • Operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
  • Occasionally move about the office to accomplish tasks; lift or move up to forty (40) pounds.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to start work immediately.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
  • Must be willing to submit to drug screening.
