About the role
- Remote Outbound Call Center Representative role for MCI (a BPO company delivering contact center services).
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products, services, or special offers.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups as needed; meet or exceed daily call and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Work-from-home (provincewide remote) position supporting North American clients.
- Role is largely sedentary, using a computer and telephone headset; occasional physical tasks up to 40 pounds.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous outbound sales or call center experience preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Must complete full application including screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.
- Authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Willing to submit to a LEVEL II background/security investigation with fingerprinting (job offers contingent on results).
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening (does not apply in Canada).
