Responsible for providing overall Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) support to the HR department, managers, and employees
Provide maintenance and support for the Workday system and other HR applications
Maintain internal databases and develop reports to meet the requirements of the HR department, company managers, and employees
Lead or participate in the design, development, and delivery of effective HR projects requiring HR systems configuration at the department and/or corporate level
Partner with internal business partners and/or external vendors to ensure that projects are executed through a high-quality process
Provide maintenance and security administration of Workday and other HR systems
Develop expert level of knowledge regarding system architecture and current state configuration
Collaborate with technical experts and/or application vendors to find and implement effective HRIS solutions
Requirements
5+ years of Workday configuration experience, that includes Talent Management systems enhancement and support, report writing, and exposure to cloud-based technology
Knowledge of HR issues, such as employee relations, benefits, staffing, compensation, legal/compliance and wage and hour
Preferred: Experience in Workday modules: Recruiting and/or Compensation
Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels and functional areas of the organization which translates into the ability to work effectively with the business identifying, coordinating, and documenting requirements
