About the role
- Lead and manage onsite logistics for hands-on aesthetic injectable training events
- Serve as lead setup coordinator on Thursday or Friday afternoon depending on training schedule
- Unpack and organize training materials, treatment stations, supply tables, and signage
- Ensure digital systems are functioning and communicate with warehouse for supply issues
- Ensure meals are delivered and dietary needs are accounted for
- Maintain a clean, well-organized training space throughout the event
- Serve as point of contact for hotel staff and vendors, greet patients, and assist with check-in
- Monitor patient flow, manage delays, and keep the event on schedule with the lead trainer
- Support clinical stations by restocking supplies and removing trash as needed
- Reset and reorganize space between training days and assist with final breakdown, labeling, and transporting boxes to pick-up location
- Time commitment per event: 3–4 hour setup, 9-hour training day with 1-hour lunch, 1 hour between training days, 1 hour post-event
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, professional, and service-driven demeanor
- Comfortable using iPads, apps, and check-in software
- Reliable personal transportation within Charlotte
- Physically able to lift and move supplies up to 20 lbs
- Prior experience in event support, hospitality, or clinical coordination preferred
- Ability to lead independently and problem-solve
- This is a 1099 contractor role (contractor status required)
