About the role
- Work closely with CRM managers and copywriter to implement ESN's CRM strategy
- Independently create weekly newsletters in Klaviyo
- Set up checks for CRM surveys
- Analyse CRM KPIs and derive actionable insights
- Support creation of compelling newsletter copy
- Conduct targeted topic and product research
- Collaborate closely with the graphic design team
Requirements
- Enrolled as a student in business administration, marketing, or another relevant field
- Analytical and creative skills
- Confident in using MS Office
- Ideally some experience with the More Nutrition brand (not required)
- Reliable, strong team player, and excellent communicator
- Great feel for language and fluent in German and English
