Provide executive support to the CFO including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting papers and briefing documents
Manage expenses and invoices and act as proxy for CFO’s company credit card
Work collaboratively with the Premier League Executive Assistant team
Assist with preparation of reports, presentations and other documentation following corporate brand guidelines
Manage hospitality submissions, allocations, and logistics and draft correspondence on behalf of the CFO
Manage day-to-day insurance queries, maintain correspondence with insurance broker, log and track insurance claims, and administer annual insurance renewal process
Provide administrative support to the Finance Team including event planning (annual CFO meeting), holiday cover for Accounts Payable, and filing/archive systems
Organise team meetings, prepare agendas, manage HMRC certification, and coordinate hospitality requests across departments
Assist with withholding tax certificate requests, collect Club submissions, act as proxy for Director of Finance’s company credit card
Assist with MS Office tasks, manage company-wide staff charitable donations, and arrange travel for the team
Requirements
Previous executive support experience, preferably to a CFO
Past corporate event management experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
First-class organisation and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and establish excellent internal and external working relationships
High levels of accuracy and ability to grasp requirements quickly
Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to handle confidential information and exercise discretion
Hardworking, self-motivated and proactive attitude with a flexible and collaborative approach
Strong interpersonal and literacy skills
Willingness to provide support across the organisation as required
