Leverage expertise to work closely with CFO teams in a local, regional, and global capacity
Build and maintain an external network of industry/functional sources and experts to drive client solutions
Autonomously coordinate the search process and prepare client-ready documentation
Manage projects (assignments, pitch preparation, etc.) in partnership with consultants and create effective project plans to meet client timelines
Identify, validate, calibrate and prioritize candidates for assignments and provide C-level/senior candidate recommendations
Collaborate extensively with colleagues in the London office and engage with senior clients
Contribute to discussions on search strategy, candidate suitability and industry trends; support business development and knowledge management
Requirements
At least 8-12 years relevant professional experience in an international setting / global company in Industry, Consulting or Research, ideally within a geographically dispersed team
Experience of working on international engagements in a professional services environment (must have) with an understanding of UK market (preferred)
Prior experience in and/or Industry experience is highly desirable
Knowledge of the CFO function or Financial Services preferred
Familiarity with leading research tools such as Factiva, Capital IQ, Boardex and IBISWorld
Clear and confident communication skills both in person and on the phone
A self-starter with learning agility, engaging remotely, thought partnering, eye for detail and initiative to lead assignments with minimal guidance
Superior verbal and written communication skills and expertise with MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
