About the role
- Provide general legal and administrative support to the Premier League’s Enforcement team
- Assist with enforcement against commercial premises showing unauthorised broadcasts in the UK, including civil litigation management and strategy
- Maintain and manage key internal records to support ongoing legal cases worldwide
- Help identify and prioritise key targets for enforcement actions
- Draft legal documentation including Powers of Attorney and cease and desist letters
- Contribute to management of the anti-counterfeiting programme and organise industry events
- Advise on trademark portfolio and support actions combating discriminatory and threatening online abuse
Requirements
- Legal training, acquired either in-house or working in a similar role in a law firm
- Experience of working with or knowledge of intellectual property rights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to tackle multiple tasks diligently and methodically
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong analytical and research skills
