Manage several small to medium workstreams and drive projects from scoping to delivery
Deliver outstanding social content across multiple platforms and project types for various clients
Scope, schedule, manage budgets, book resources and lead project teams
Client-facing role: build and maintain strong relationships and secure client sign-offs at each stage
Support senior team members and the in-house video production unit as required
Oversee budgets and financial management, use Workbook to monitor and report project finances
Ensure all project documentation meets agency standards and templates
Complete and enforce weekly timesheets submission for accurate resourcing and cost tracking
Optimise agency resource utilisation and manage bookings for personnel and assets
Organise content production including video and live streaming, coordinating pre-production and production logistics
Arrange shoots: book venues, talent, permits, props and manage outdoor events or live stunts when needed
Manage influencer outreach/management, events, experiential campaigns and innovation initiatives as part of social workstreams
Monitor project costs and proactively alert senior team members to overruns or financial issues
Requirements
Good understanding of how social content is created and what is needed to deliver a project successfully
Experience scoping projects, developing and updating project timelines and schedules
Experience managing budgets, booking resources and overseeing financial management across projects
Experience leading and coordinating project teams and taking ownership of assigned projects
Experience supporting senior team members and an in-house video production unit
Proficiency or experience with Sprinklr and Slack
Experience scheduling and publishing social content
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage schedules effectively
Experience establishing yourself as the go-to person on an account and building client relationships (client-facing)
Accountability for results/deliverables and solutions-driven mindset
Experience minimising escalations and unnecessary colleague input
Ability to contribute new ideas and have them adopted internally
Good understanding of video production for small to medium-sized shoots, including pre-production, production and relevant documentation
Experience as a Producer (organising shoots, booking venues and talent, arranging permits and props) and experience with outdoor events or live stunts a bonus
Interest or experience in digital/innovation projects (Bots, Alexa Skills, web builds) a plus
Familiarity with project finance systems (Workbook) and completing/ensuring timesheets to enable accurate resourcing and cost tracking
Experience monitoring project costs and flagging overruns or financial issues
