About the role
- Manage multiple validation & verification projects to help Isometric suppliers comply with requirements and issue high-quality carbon credits
- Provide best-in-class customer service, ensuring timely responses and a positive experience for all suppliers and verifiers involved in the validation & verification process
- Streamline operations within registry operations and work closely with Isometric's technology team to inform the development of the verification platform
- Coordinate with suppliers, verifiers, and internal teams to meet project timelines and deliverables
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and time management
- Tech-savviness with a preference for using the best tools
- Proactive ownership, readiness to voice opinions and willingness to get stuck into whatever is required
- Relentless curiosity to gain and use technical knowledge to help Isometric suppliers and verifiers understand and apply Isometric protocols
- Right to work in the UK (required on application)
- Willingness to work in-office three days a week (in-person collaboration)
