- **Project Scheduling**: Manage and maintain the studio’s production schedule, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across multiple projects.
- **Workflow Optimisation**: Oversee the movement of creative work through the studio, from initial briefing to final output.
- **Resource Forecasting & Resource Management**: Assign tasks to designers based on availability and skillset, balancing workload and efficiency metrics
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Act as the liaison between account managers, creatives, and external suppliers to ensure timelines and expectations are met.
- **Process Improvement:** Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve studio efficiency and quality
- **Freelance & Surge Management:** build a trusted and cost-effective global network of freelance and third-party agency support to provide additional resource at peak times, and manage all global external hubs
- **System Integration: **constantly assess the state of our systems and software, making recommendations that will drive operational efficiency, saving time and money
- **Reporting:** Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
