• Lead the development of the event vision, delivery strategy, and detailed execution plans and itineraries.
• Own end-to-end event delivery, ensuring consistently high standards of planning, production, and on-site execution.
• Manage all supplier briefs, contracts, and scopes of work, ensuring commercial and operational alignment.
• Take full ownership of event budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.

• Chair and lead all client, rights holder, stakeholder, and internal delivery meetings, workshops, and reviews.
• Support negotiation and delivery of host venue agreements and operational requirements.
• Oversee player services, logistics, and negotiations, ensuring best-in-class athlete experience.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships at senior stakeholder level.
• Lead strategic client communications, steering delivery governance, conference calls, and review meetings.
• Lead and support the development of high-quality new business pitches, proposals, and presentation decks.
• Drive creative thinking, generating innovative, engaging, and commercially robust event concepts and platforms.
• Provide industry intelligence and strategic insight on prospective clients, partners, and markets for 54.
• Contribute to the design and development of new event properties, platforms, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Provide clear, concise updates to Company Directors and Executive Management on event delivery and client status.
• Produce regular top-line summary reports for the Global Events Director.
• Present confidently and authoritatively to staff and stakeholders in company forums and internal briefings.

Event Director

Account Executive

• Support strategic leads in the development of marketing strategies, including research, competitor reviews, audience insights and channel recommendations.
• Help translate strategic direction into clear deliverables (briefs, timelines, asset lists, channel plans).
• Contribute to the development of client materials, including presentations, contact reports and recap documents.
• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients alongside the account lead, ensuring responsive and professional communication.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear updates, proactive follow-ups and consistent documentation.
• Support meeting preparation, agenda creation, note-taking, and action tracking to ensure momentum and accountability.
• Manage tasks and workflows across multiple workstreams, ensuring deadlines, dependencies and approvals are clearly tracked.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to deliver work on time, on brief and within scope.
• Quality check outputs before client review, ensuring accuracy, consistency and attention to detail.
• Support cross-channel campaign delivery, working with specialist teams across social, content, creative, advertising and earned media.
• Help brief internal teams clearly, ensuring objectives, deliverables, timelines and success measures are understood.
• Ensure alignment across channels so execution reflects the agreed strategy and brand standards.
• Support campaign and project reporting, including compiling updates, performance summaries and learnings.
• Assist with budget tracking, invoicing support, and general project administration where required.

Marketing Strategy Account Executive

• - Event Brand and campaign development
• - Work with the creative department to develop the look and feel of new event campaigns
• - Develop campaign strategies for events, ensuring consideration of target audiences, identifying appropriate tactics and channels to engage (and where necessary ‘convert’)
• - Co-ordinate a team to ensure that key workstreams are activated and delivered in keeping with pre-agreed timelines
• - Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of content calendars across key platforms
• - Work with internal and external content creators to deliver high-quality assets (video, static, reels, stories, etc.)
• - Ensure social media engagement, follower growth, and performance metrics align with campaign goals
• - Use insights and analytics to inform content decisions and platform selection
• - Align storytelling and content output with brand values and campaign objectives
• - The Marketing Strategy, Account Director will lead on the agency’s key Marketing accounts and will need to ensure the very highest levels of delivery
• - As the account lead, the Marketing Strategy, Account Director will be responsible for the delivery of our services and meeting client KPIs
• - Oversight of services including sales & marketing strategy, PR & comms, advertising, social media management, digital marketing, event activation, content development, research & analysis
• - Manage work in progress (WIP) documents and delivery of regular reports
• - Oversee the procurement and management of external agencies, when necessary
• - Build trust and support amongst key business leaders and industry stakeholders

Marketing Strategy Account Director

Manager

• - Support the implementation of 54’s S&I focus areas across our internal & external stakeholders.
• - Support the refreshing of 54’s S&I Business Policies to reflect updated Environmental & Social & Economic best practice in each of the territories we do business in. (Including; *Sustainable & Social Procurement, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility & Wellbeing, Energy Management, Water Management, Waste Management, Environmental Site Protection/Restoration, Risk and Incident Management, Sustainable Food & Beverage Sourcing, Responsible Travel, Accommodation & Transportation, Social Impact & Legacy, Sustainable & Impactful Communications, Fan Engagement, Digital Marketing campaigns & Reporting.)*
• - Support Event Delivery teams with client S&I requirements – (e.g. *supplier engagement, event activations, event accreditation, event impact tracking*)
• - Work with HR and the 54 Culture Committee to develop S&I initiatives to engage colleagues. *(e.g. Volunteering, Pro-Bono services, Socials, Matched Funding & Donations, L&D, Company Legacy initiatives)*
• - *W*ork with Marketing and Data & Insights to develop efficient & engaging methods for periodic S&I data tracking, communication campaigns & impact reporting to key audiences (including; *54 colleagues, our Board and external audiences – making use of automation, website, social media, and other publications.)*
• - Support other departmental leads such as Commercial, Finance, Legal, Consultancy, D&I and our Portfolio Companies with cross-over with S&I in support of 54’s compliance and new business propositions.
• - Support 54 to comply with and offer services related to external S&I standards – (e.g. ISO, SERC, CSRD, UN Sport for Climate Action etc)

Sustainability & Social Impact Manager

• Support the development of tendering and supplier briefing documentation for Chestertons Polo in the Park and other Sportgate events
• Work closely with the Operations, Production, Hospitality, and Finance teams to review supplier costs, scopes, and operational outputs
• Coordinate supplier contract variations, scope changes, and approvals
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Support the management and tracking of operational and supplier budgets
• Prepare and contribute to post-event supplier reviews and reporting
