Engage in applied health services and population health research in a project-based, team setting.
Provide expertise and support for survey research and administration projects focused on maternal, child, and family health.
Perform technical tasks and contribute to project leadership and administration.
Complete work independently on highly complex tasks and may work on multiple projects at a time.
Lead highly complex research tasks or projects as a co-PI or PI, as needed.
Independently determine the method(s) for completion of new projects.
Develop new practices, processes, metrics or models, and provide solutions which may set precedent for the organization.
Apply developed subject matter and methodological knowledge and advanced understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects.
Provide guidance to research project and project sponsor colleagues.
Convey difficult, complex or sensitive information, and facilitate productive dialogue among project stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent is required.
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience with an advanced degree in a relevant field of study is required.
Demonstrated usage of R, SAS, or Stata for data analysis (desired).
Experience with survey or mixed methods research in maternal and child health (preferred).
Experience with complex survey analysis and data linkage (preferred).
Requires successful completion of a background check.
