About the role
- Develop test plans and test cases based on product and technical requirements
- Validate customer workflows and ensure solutions meet real-world needs
- Troubleshoot and reproduce issues from internal testing and customer reports
- Participate in agile sprint testing to verify stories and features
- Run regression tests before releases to ensure stability
- Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and usability concerns
- Log, prioritize, and track defects using tools like JIRA
- Contribute to refining testing tools, practices, and workflows as the team scales
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the health tech or software industry.
- Proficiency in test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
