Solutions Engineer

• Humata Health is seeking a technically proficient and results-driven Solutions Engineer (Technical Delivery & Support) to join our Delivery team.
• In this role, you will be a key customer-facing technical contact, providing expert support and guidance to customer IT and EMR teams.
• You will own and manage critical technical integrations and systems, ensuring seamless delivery and ongoing support.
• Lead end-to-end design and deployment of integrations involving: 278R EDI transactions, 275 EDI document management workflows, RESTful APIs, File-based integrations.
• Design, build, and optimize data mapping schemas between customer systems and Humata Health platforms.
• Manage B2B VPN tunnels, IP whitelisting, and security credential provisioning (SSL certificates, mutual TLS), ensuring secure and compliant data transmission.
• Perform payload-level debugging of JSON, XML, and EDI data using tools such as Postman, Insomnia, and EDI Notepad.
• Build SQL scripts for data migration pre-validation and post-migration audits, live data integrity checks, root cause analysis.
• Use packet tracing and VPN diagnostic tools to debug connectivity issues.
• Develop automated test scripts for integration validation.

Solutions Engineer – Technical Delivery, Support

Full-stack Engineer

• Develop and maintain microservice-based RPA bots that automate Prior Authorization statusing, determination, and submission workflows across insurance payer portals.
• Build and support automation workflows using RPA to interact with payer systems reliably at scale.
• Integrate RPA microservices with the broader company platform through interconnected APIs and service-based architecture.
• Contribute to new automation capabilities, including:
• Self-healing automation logic powered by internal LLMs
• Smarter microservice automation generation
• Ensure RPA services are reliable, scalable, and maintainable within a distributed microservice architecture.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver customer go-live milestones on time.
• Contribute directly to achieving the company’s ARR OKRs by enabling successful and timely customer deployments.
• Quickly ramp up and make an immediate engineering impact by improving automation coverage and stability.
• Apply strong expertise in RPA and TypeScript to build and maintain production automation systems.

Software Engineer II – ORCA

Operations

• Customer Relationships & Escalation Management: Serve as a trusted partner and escalation point for key customers, ensuring issues are resolved swiftly and relationships remain strong. Foster and own executive customer relationships during the implementation process.
• Operational Enablement & Removing Blockers: Anticipate and remove obstacles that hinder delivery, equipping teams with the processes, tools, and support needed for success.
• Cross-Functional Strategy & Initiatives: Partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align implementation strategy with organizational priorities and scalability goals.
• Continuous Improvement & Unlocking Team Potential: Identify and drive opportunities to enhance people, process, and tools—unlocking team potential and improving implementation outcomes. Develop implementation metrics roadmap, capacity planning models and customer health KPIs during the implementation cycle.
