Lead process assessments with cross-functional business partners to identify improvement opportunities
Build relationships across the enterprise to enable cooperative achievement of business objectives
Define high-level problems, determine scope, and ensure alignment to strategic objectives
Build business cases based on quantified estimates of improved value and reduced costs
Utilize process improvement tools to identify opportunities and recommend solutions
Partner with business teams, Robotic Process Automation team, Information Systems partners, HR, and other critical partners to develop executable solutions
Prioritize project work to focus on most impactful opportunities
Input to execution strategy including resourcing and timing
Define business requirements and translate business needs into Functional Design
Create deliverables such as business process flows, business cases, technical business requirements, statistical process control charts, key learnings, and project plans
Act as a champion to ensure delivered solutions meet the functional design and ensure testing efforts on complex technical projects
Ensure stakeholder engagement during all project phases and continually learn and evaluate new tools, processes, and approaches to improve team capabilities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 1 year of relevant work experience with demonstrated project/consulting or process improvement skills within a process or continuous improvement function (or similar) role
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work with functions across an organization
Innate curiosity for how people, processes, and technology work together
Demonstrated ability to think critically and conceptually with strong technical and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across teams
Strong communication skills; professional written, verbal, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and facilitate successful, efficient meetings
Self-directed, proactive, able to define, prioritize and execute work independently
Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize against competing needs
Demonstrated ability to learn technical systems from a business need standpoint
Demonstrated ability to lead business process modeling, process mapping and change management activities
Results driven; bottom-line oriented; accepts and adapts to feedback
Embraces a customer service mindset and relates well to all people in the organization
(Preferred) Experience with Lean, Green Belt Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Design Thinking, Change Management, Agile, Resource Capacity Mgt., Technology Optimization, Business Intelligence
(Preferred) Experience creating technical business requirement documents and project plans
(Preferred) Experience working with automation technologies or information systems
(Preferred) Experience interacting with business customers at all levels
