• Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage collections to ensure timely payments

• Underwrite deals, document key information, and report findings to the manager
• Collect and organize all required deal documentation and information
• Track the deal pipeline and ensure all deals are consistently updated
• Provide updates every two days on all active deals in the pipeline
• Support deal flow and ensure no items are missed or delayed
• Analyze financial statements and supporting documents related to loan applications
• Assist in preparing underwriting summaries and deal presentations
• Communicate with internal teams to gather missing information and ensure timely processing of deals

Customer Success Manager

• Attend and support client onboarding meetings to ensure a smooth implementation process
• Conduct weekly follow-ups with clients to provide support and address questions or concerns
• Monitor client needs and requirements and provide timely updates
• Ensure tasks, requests, and deliverables are completed in a timely manner
• Train clients on the newly released portal and ensure proper platform adoption
• Develop and maintain training materials and resources for employers
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and operational requests efficiently

• Manage high call volumes while providing professional and empathetic customer support
• Schedule and coordinate ABA therapy appointments and services
• Assist families with onboarding, intake documentation, and service-related questions
• Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems
• Communicate with clinicians, therapists, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Follow up with clients regarding appointments, documentation, and service updates
• Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed

• Process and manage end-to-end payroll for U.S.-based employees
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
• Perform payroll tax calculations, filings, and reporting in accordance with U.S. requirements

• Communicate with internal teams regarding payroll matters, updates, and issue resolution
