About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming client and family inquiries via phone, email, and messaging systems
- Manage high call volumes while providing professional and empathetic customer support
- Schedule and coordinate ABA therapy appointments and services
- Assist families with onboarding, intake documentation, and service-related questions
- Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems
- Communicate with clinicians, therapists, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments, documentation, and service updates
- Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed
- Perform other tasks related to the position
Requirements
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
- Experience working with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs or Autism services strongly preferred
- Previous call center experience
- Prior administrative or office support experience
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working with scheduling systems, CRMs, or electronic records
- Familiarity with ABA terminology, therapy scheduling, or clinical service coordination
- Experience supporting families of individuals with autism
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Fast-paced setting requiring strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management)
