About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming client and family inquiries via phone, email, and messaging systems
  • Manage high call volumes while providing professional and empathetic customer support
  • Schedule and coordinate ABA therapy appointments and services
  • Assist families with onboarding, intake documentation, and service-related questions
  • Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems
  • Communicate with clinicians, therapists, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Follow up with clients regarding appointments, documentation, and service updates
  • Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed
  • Perform other tasks related to the position

Requirements

  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
  • Experience working with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs or Autism services strongly preferred
  • Previous call center experience
  • Prior administrative or office support experience
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working with scheduling systems, CRMs, or electronic records
  • Familiarity with ABA terminology, therapy scheduling, or clinical service coordination
  • Experience supporting families of individuals with autism
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Fast-paced setting requiring strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management)
